I received the package very promptly. I was very pleased to learn that I can actually schedule and pay for the installation through Revain services, which is a great option and service. However, I didn't open the package until the installers arrived as it wasn't necessary. But to my surprise, the pump housing cracked during shipping. A crack in the case rendered the product unusable. Luckily the installers noticed that the pump housing was the same size as the one I replaced. So they recommended using my old case and pump from a new order. I liked this recommendation better because I didn't have to schedule another service and miss another business day. However, I am now trying to return a semi-defective item. Revain, please help! As for the pump, I find it quite noisy, but it only works for a few seconds and seems pretty powerful. If I have to swap again, I choose the much quieter pump, like the ones in the theater's drinks bar.
