The device was easy to install. A little louder than my old block but probably because the head is made of a lightweight material.

The components were put in a box, the pump in its own box, the nuts and bolts didn't fall in the bag or anything. II is relatively easy to assemble but I make my living as a technician so keep that in mind. I haven't connected it yet, but I hope so

This is a decent kit for the price, make sure the float has enough room to rise and fall or the pump will not work properly. If you plan to combine this with a drain hose, make sure you buy a quality hose. All in all not bad and I hope to live with my new sink for many years.

I bought this pump to replace an existing system that had a defective switch. Installation is a breeze if you have a basic knowledge of PVC plumbing. It's only been up for a week and seems to be working as intended. My only complaint at the moment, the pump is very noisy. It's like running through the basement and hearing noises from upstairs on the other side of the house.

I cleaned a sink with a mop and a stainless steel sink with three bowls in a juicer. A drain line that I had to attach to an 8 foot vertical before it curved to a 20 foot horizontal. After hooking up the sink drains to this pump, I inserted a fitting and check valve and attached them to the vertical leg of the drain. Everything worked great. The padding of the bowl does not hold water. The pump does not deliver the water as intended. I suspect a defective float switch. I wouldn't mind if my sink drained like it should, but it doesn't. Water collects in both the sink and the pump. The sink starts leaking, then after a few minutes the pump kicks in and drains the water. It shouldn't work like that. I want the water to flow constantly. I adjusted the flow switch but still nothing. I come back for a refund and get a Burcam pump that…

I received the package very promptly. I was very pleased to learn that I can actually schedule and pay for the installation through Revain services, which is a great option and service. However, I didn't open the package until the installers arrived as it wasn't necessary. But to my surprise, the pump housing cracked during shipping.
