This was broken on delivery, boxed. I wouldn't be surprised if they broke it straight from the factory. This is a very thin and very fragile strip of plastic. Mine broke into 2 pieces upon delivery. I tried to put it together and found 2 things. 1. It's bigger than my Tesla card so the card is most likely just sliding around and making noise, and 2. It's so fragile that just holding it broke it again. Based on the picture it looks like a tray for your card - it's not just a border and I think some dumb rope will do a better job than this plastic.
