My son wanted to spend his allowance on this gun as he is a huge Nerf fan and it was a good price. When we got the gun he was so excited. It looked so cool! Insert batteries and nothing. Changed batteries and nothing. I contacted Revain and they sent us a new one and instructed us to send the other one back. While waiting for a replacement, I continued to work on getting the original to work. I found that the jammed bullet compartment should be completely closed. It had a small gap so it didn't close tightly, but as long as we keep this compartment tightly closed it will work. Luckily when we got a replacement the compartment closed better and we didn't have this problem. Worked great! My son loves this gun!
