I bought this for parts myself as buying this rifle for $25 was cheaper than spending $23 on the bits I needed and got me a whole gun with it. shoots well; Hold down the button under the trigger to fire the flywheel and shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger. I originally gave this gun a star thinking it was dead when it arrived but I called Hasbro customer service and found that the Door above is where you access the bullets even slightly open, there is a safety feature which they don't mention in the manual that prevents the weapon from being switched on. This is my favorite blaster. This is very accurate for blaster darts, especially waffle head darts. I made some modifications (removed the locks, rewired, 2s LiPo battery) and added a laser. I wouldn't want to jump on it anymore as it sometimes rips the heads off my prized waffle head darts. I'm not 100% sure but I think the flywheels are slightly tilted and I think this helps improve accuracy over some previous flywheel blasters like the Stryfe. I don't have Stryfe or anything to support this.
