I installed it for myself, 6ft tall and about 180lbs at the time, and for my wife, 5ft 4in and about 110lbs as soon as it arrived. It always recognizes who is sitting on it, no buttons to press, just sit down and it adjusts properly to the right person. The weights appear to be fairly accurate. I compared them to the scales in the store. hospital and my doctor's office. As for fat percentage, muscle percentage, water percentage, and bone percentage, I don't think there is an accurate, accessible method that I have access to for comparison. I will say they are very consistent from day to day which says something about the methodology used and the quality of the weights. If they ever let me down I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same again.
