Worth the money. I rely more on muscle/fat than weight because I want to know if my strength training is doing anything. So far I've noticed changes and the scale showed it.

This scale only showed my weight. My muscle mass, water percentage, bone mass, etc. were not displayed. Troubleshooting didn't work so I decided to send the scale back the next day after delivery.

It came whole and very neat. Easy to set up, batteries included. It reads my weight, body fat, bone and muscle mass perfectly. I will definitely get a lot of miles from it!

I liked it the day I got it but after 3 days it stopped working at all. There will be a countdown, it will just turn off and never turn on again. Had to return it and get a replacement, hope this one continues to work

That balance is perfect! I'm trying to lose weight and this gives me a good idea of where my fat is. It helps me gauge my progress. It also comes with a booklet that talks about a lot of things, including BMI and what percentage of body fat I should have based on my age, height and fitness level.

These are nice looking scales but the body fat percentage is far from there and I believe it can be 3-5% lower than it should be. I do a DEXA scan about every 3-4 months and am usually around 13-15% body fat (and look at 13-15% in the mirror too), mine is around 9-10% which is insanely inaccurate. Works as intended. The accuracy is really close. This suggests your readings aren't 100% accurate since you don't have a handheld sensor, but they're close. I go to the doctor and use them with a hand sensor and it's a little bit different. Example: When reading muscles, my scale can read 6.2. The doctor's office reads 6.4. This is a good affordable scale to have at home.

As soon as you step on the scale, you get a lot of information, so much that I want to refer to it later. But you can't do that with this scale. While you can program up to 8 people, it's useless if you can't even reference one person's information.
