These are nice looking scales but the body fat percentage is far from there and I believe it can be 3-5% lower than it should be. I do a DEXA scan about every 3-4 months and am usually around 13-15% body fat (and look at 13-15% in the mirror too), mine is around 9-10% which is insanely inaccurate. I will say the bone mineral density for my dexa was accurate. I have a Health-O-Meter that I've had for about a decade, and it was typically within 1% body fat from my DEXA scans, so I used it to track my weight and body fat percentage every week, but two weeks ago it seemed to be defective (buttons do not work). Now I use this scale which has a lot of interesting information but it's so inaccurate I can't track my fat accurately anymore because it's so far away I only have to add about 4% to what it says and try. I really only rely on it to check my weight and that's it. and in this case it's not worth the money. If you want a scale that looks good and has a lot of information, but lies about your body fat, then get this one. If you're serious about accurately tracking your body fat percentage, I wouldn't recommend it.
