An excellent device, if a bit expensive. Much larger than expected so a drain plug is a must. I'm diabetic so the rollers are a little hard on my feet but I'm getting better at them. The heat is wonderful, although it's not designed to heat water, it will. The default is 35°C, but I find 42°C works best. to me. Bubbles and vibrations go hand in hand, so there's no separate control. Vibration is ok, but I would have liked less hum and stronger and slower. The default timer is 20 minutes, but you can set it up to 60 minutes in 5-minute increments. The fan not only heats up the surrounding air, but also not much. Otherwise, it is enough to get your feet wet and dry or, if your calves get too hot, to cool them down a bit. The buttons on the remote are a bit cramped, but it's easier than bending over. There are 4 lockable casters under the unit which is welcome as it can get a bit heavy. There is a maximum fill line on the inside, but your feet seem well protected. The top covers can be easily removed. The instructions say not to use salts etc. I tried a few capsules full of Listerine the first day just to protect the water from germs as I soaked it for hours, 30 minutes at a time. My only wishes: 1.) Bubbles and vibration can be controlled separately. 2.) The water jets only work when the heater is on. I would like the two jets to stay active and be able to turn on the heating element when needed. At least there is an option with such a setting. There is no infrared port here, but that is normal, the device works perfectly. Even the next morning, my legs feel better than they have in a long time. This is the best unit of this type available. Well if you want the best spa you can find a commercial one but then you have to pay those prices too.
