This is not the best solution, but it is not a bad one. First of all, going from brunette (black, dark chocolate) to very light brown hair color takes time. It took me 3 weeks to go from dark chocolate to brownish pink which was under my dark chocolate color. Used 5 packs and left alone but will use it later Used 1-2 packs a week FIRST MINUS PROCESS: 1. SMELL AFTER My hair smelled so bad for a week and after that I smelled all week. These have been my 4-5 packs of this product. twice a day and spritz my hair with a mist, deep conditioner and deep mask just for the smell. I can't say this product is bad. It really worked. It was not so bad. I wish I could see how it works after the last 6 packs but after 5 uses I can say it definitely does a good job of removing all of the hair color. I see my roots, I'm happy, I'm going back to my natural color.
