I've been looking at these gloves for a few years now and finally pulled the trigger and ordered them. Since they were ordered, my expectations were pretty high when they arrived. The packaging bothered me the most. I have ordered two items. The other item came in a box that was in the shipping box. The product was wrapped and padded in high-quality polyethylene film. Shipping was free. The Vallerret gloves came in a cheap plastic bag, as expected from China ordering a $2 pair of socks or a gag gift. The gloves were then shipped in a plastic mailer. Those are $80 gloves! And I had to pay for shipping! The gloves themselves are soft and comfortable. The fit was good (L) but a couple of toes were a bit longer. The materials are ok, nothing special. Parts of the glove are subject to wear and tear. I will be shocked if they keep my hands dry well in wet weather. Stitching is ok but some of the fingers looked distressed due to loose material. I wonder if they are individually hand sewn. After all, only the index and thumb fingers of each hand provide access to the outside. I usually use my middle and thumb to zoom and focus. Spring. I guess I'm just disappointed that these gloves are so popular and expensive. Try to decide whether to return them or not and look at PGYTECH for 50% of the cost.
