For bike water bottle cage - fits flexible bottle sizes

I have an insulated water bottle that is slightly larger than a regular bike water bottle and doesn't fit well in a rigid holder. It solves this problem well and also adds some extra handy storage pockets. It can be easily attached with 2 Velcro fasteners. The only downside is that there's nothing to prevent it from rotating around the bar it's attached to. It can work well on the underside of a pole or anywhere you don't mind it spinning a little.
