After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to buy it but I'm glad I made it for $25 it is Perfect. That's small. It's light and probably won't hold up well outside but for my 2 year old daughter who is 26lbs it's perfect, she loves it. Ideal for learning to ride a pedal boat. Putting it together was pretty easy but does require some problem solving skills as the instructions are a bit vague, but even that took about 20 minutes. Overall great for our dog walks on the porch and sidewalk.
