Poor quality...well, while it lasted!
Bad quality... a good router held out for the time being, well, it didn't even last two months! Bought March 9, 2021, went a few days. Today is May 7th, 2021. I am very disappointed with the durability of this product. I had one of those old school lavender black Linksys routers that lasted me for 12 years! So this AX1800 decided to stop operating and started blinking red or green. I worked with the Spectrum and did all the diagnostic tests on the modem and cables and finally confirmed that it is a router. Technical support… what technical support?!
