I have a head that is above average for a woman but I think it fits most men. They were so tight. The "clip" function that makes them soundproof is already too much! I've tried them at home and they sound fantastic, but for $300 I won't settle for "it's okay" and "I can stretch them". They sit on the ear, do not cover the ear. My husband brought his quiet Bose comfort down and wow! Incredibly comfortable without being too tight, they fit snugly around the entire ear rather than pressing the ear against the head. Find out about rhythms and comfort and like many YouTube videos on how to make them more comfortable. I wish I had had them before I bought them. Returned them on credit for a new Bose.
