I am keto, lost over 90lbs and made 3 adjustments to my old jacket. I'm planning on losing another 50 pounds so I don't want to spend money on an expensive jacket just yet. But given how impressed I am with this jacket, I'll probably buy another one once I've shed the last 50 pounds. The jacket is definitely better in cool weather than warm weather, but it doesn't get too hot even on a hot day. Very comfortable jacket.
