Fasten your seat belt! Wear protective gear

They last a long time, especially if you stick them with nose pads in a "SoClean" ozone cleaning machine - if you don't have a SoClean machine you're crazy! I haven't had a single sinus infection since I got sick. And the hat is sanitized and my last one lasted 5 years.
