UPDATE: I'm not sure if the original review was sent to Phizer, but 6 hours after I submitted it, I was contacted by their support team and received a replacement within a few days. Charge that new device now - fingers crossed it lasts. I'm updating my review to reflect improved support and will update the review if this device has worked in the last 6 months. This feature was key for me. I used the device less than 20 times before it just died, no charging, no charging indicator etc. I initially spoke to Revain about support and they said the device is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty . I contacted Phizer and they asked if the device had been exposed to "moisture". I replied that I have used them for running and they are sold as sweatproof so I was expecting a replacement hoping that this particular unit might be defective. A week has passed and I have not received a response from Feiser. I have gone back to the BHS-750 and am looking for another brand as I seem to have been very disappointed with the quality compared to what is sold as well as the halos from the support page from this brand.
