Returned as non-functional

This was a replacement for the BHS-730 that I liked so much. This one will not stay connected. and terrible battery life. A letter of support went unanswered.

Good sound. solid bass

I take them for a walk in the Rocky Mountains in 80 degree weather and they sound great and stay in my ear. despite a lot of sweat. Not wireless. but this way you never lose just one page!

Will turn off for no reason

The quality of a phaiser bluetooth headset is nothing compared to the older set I had. They turn off for no reason even if I hold them close to the phone. The problem worsens after prolonged use. The sound is good, but the battery is weak.

The battery does not hold a charge. There is no quality control. Do not buy.

These headphones will NOT charge. The sound is mediocre. Slightly tinny sound. They fit my ear well so I keep trying to find a reliable pair but none of Amazon's newest pairs fit. The previous pair lasted over 2 years. I have already returned 2 pairs from this company and can't believe the more expensive BHS-790's have issues as well. I bought Phaiser headphones but am sure this company is no longer working. No updates on the website, social media or anywhere else. Just avoid.

NOT sweatproof. UPDATE: Received a replacement - will be updated in test

UPDATE: I'm not sure if the original review was sent to Phizer, but 6 hours after I submitted it, I was contacted by their support team and received a replacement within a few days. Charge that new device now - fingers crossed it lasts. I'm updating my review to reflect improved support and will update the review if this device has worked in the last 6 months. This feature was key for me. I used the device less than 20 times before it just died, no charging, no charging indicator etc. I…

There are fewer Bluetooth headphones that go between the ears. I prefer this style because I can clip the cord to my hat or helmet and not worry about losing my headphones while I'm working or driving. I have had Anker Soundbuds (discontinued) for 4 years. I'm trying to find something to replace them and it's not. Cons: - These headphones are very loud on the lowest settings. I have both my phone and headphones turned all the way out, and it's uncomfortably loud. I haven't had this problem with
