Let me start by saying that I HATE TWIST BINDINGS for many reasons. Worse still are the little plastic clips found on some bread bags. This is finally an easy-to-use solution that seals the pouch properly and keeps it that way until you're ready to open it again. The concept here is simple. Twist the bag to roll up the plastic a bit, then press the clip. Insert the folded part of the package into the clip and then release. When ready to reopen the pouch, squeeze the clip and remove the pouch. This appears to have a tighter clasp than most ties. Based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone who also hates twists or has dexterity issues and needs an easier way to close a loaf of bread. , buns or something else. It works well!
