Does not work on computers and accessories

Both devices were plugged into sockets on the same side of the wall in the same test room and show communication but no internet. I've tried rebinding them, tried in different rooms but to no avail. I later saw on the packaging that it was a refurbished device. For some reason I missed "Refurbished" in the checkout process. Returned.
