Product does what it is supposed to. keeps coffee warm. It requires a USB connection, which is great for those who are at their computer (which is why I bought it for my wife). The only nuance-"warmer" smaller. It is only suitable for smaller coffee cups or cups with a conical bottom. Large coffee mugs will not fit around the perimeter of the heating pad, so they will not retain heat.
