My expectations were low and I'm pleasantly shocked. This is an awesome phone holder. I installed it on my Trek FX3 and it's reliable. I ride on paved trails, sidewalks and roads and this keeps my phone secure in all conditions. even when hitting bumps or bumps. When I say safe, I mean I can access apps, switch songs, and play with the side volume controls without losing control of my phone. There is a neat fold out shelf at the bottom with a hole for the charging cable to access the phone. The tray also increases the stability and security of your phone. I currently have an iPhone 6S with a thick Otterbox rubber cover and this mount holds it in place with no issues. The material of my phone cover probably helps this mount hold my phone as it is a grippy rubber cover. So keep that in mind. One of the main benefits for me is that I ordered an iPhone 11 through my company and this mount can continue to be used with my phone upgrade. Great buy for the price.
