My clutch is relatively new, it was recently replaced. All I needed was a clutch belt to the engine and I'll save the clutch to the brush for later. My belt burned out because (my wife's) hair caught the brush so hard it got stuck and the pulley (pin) on the motor just burned through the stuck belt. There was enough hair to make a wig. I removed the clutch based on instructions I saw online. The belt was very easy to change and required no special tools other than a flathead and torx screwdriver. All you have to do is remove the torx screws from the coupling and insert a screwdriver into the plastic tab of the bolt and the cover will come loose. After that, there are no parts (e.g. bearings) that can be dismantled. Simply insert the band, close the cover and tighten the torx screws again. The hardest part is putting the new belt back on the engine. It's not difficult at all, it just takes some force to put it on the motor pin after you first get the clutch into the set position. At first I tried wrapping the belt around the motor first and then putting the clutch in place, but it turned out to be more difficult.
