Order 4 shirts for our papillon girl. The website says dog size (small) 10" neck, 14" chest and 10" length - order small. I have 4 shirts with a 6" neck, 10" chest and 7" length, ours Papillon weighs 7 1/2 pounds, it's small, but these clothes/shirts don't even fit on a toy. I mean a toy for children. Very disappointed with your incorrect sizes on your website. Again very disappointed with the return
