Inaccurate. I'd like liters too, but it doesn't matter. I noticed inconsistencies when measuring the flour and then decided to compare it to other scales I had in my kitchen. We have a professional chef and an avid home baker in our family, so we had to add another scale to the kitchen after realizing two wasn't enough. The reviews here were great and I decided to give it a try. There was an error. I'm just glad I had a spare scale to compare to because after seeing how to measure 940g of flour I could never trust them again. The actual weight for my flour was 1300g. I would spoil a huge portion of bread, but the layman may not immediately see the problems. What a pity. damn disappointed. Watch the scale comparison video.
