The most useful part of VLRDA is definitely integration to Office365 because it means that we already have something in place which will help us manage our customers data better after migration from different 3rd parties products such as SAP CRM or Oracle Financials etc.. Very good product with very friendly team behind helping you out when needed! I haven't seen anything specific yet for improvement but if there would be any think they should implement an API option since their users are mainly sales professionals who require access everywhere so no need a desktop app - just use your phone all day long (I love this!). It's only 2 years ago Microsoft bought them up thus making sure everything gets fully migrated into one single platform meaning much easier maintenance once done migrating across other platforms/products previously utilized by client companies before acquisition! The team at velra is very professional in their approach to solving problems within our organization. They are always looking for ways to improve performance and customer service. I have no complaints about this product or its implementation. We use it daily as part of our day-to-day operations. It has made reporting much easier than before. This software helps us keep track of all invoices that we receive from customers throughout the year.
