Review on 🔥 Chef'sChoice 6800001S 1.5-Liter Electric Kettle in Brushed Stainless Steel with Illuminated On/Off Switch, Automatic Shut Off & Boil Dry Protection - Silver by Nicole Bass

Ordered on August 1st and delivered on August 8th. I have the exact same one and wanted to get it for our pop up camper. This is a great purchase. It took a week to get here but that's ok. I WAS disappointed with the bottom half of the kettle where you connect it to the AC. This heating base is great, works great but I noticed right away when you put the kettle on it it rocked. Oh no, I thought. No problem! Yes, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the U-shaped "cut" doesn't fully fit into the metal-rimmed base that stores and pays out the cord. Once you have the correct length of cord it should lay flat for the kettle to align with. This doesn't happen. So instead of sending it back (what a hassle, huh?) I pack this new bottom/base with the old teapot/top to use in the popup. Maybe I can handle it while I'm camping! But at least I have a new kettle with an old base and they fit perfectly and work well in our kitchen. Used many times daily for tea, coffee!
