Want to love it, I have the water pressure and the unit looks great. Should had been the ultimate spa experience.Unfortunately the diverter was made cheaply. Within less than one month, the diverter won't pinpoint spray settings anymore. The spray combinations changed, I continued to use it. At one year old, while I was using it, the diverter completely broke off. Spraying water straight out from it. That's the end of it.Installation:The top screw on the unit is not articulated. Because the dimension from the pipe arm to the wall, I could imagine every situations would be different. The top screw may not be the right angle to screw on directly. In my case, I had to buy an articulated connector to be able to screw on and fit.
