We bought memory foam wedges from Revain and found them to be so effective at improving sleep that we wanted to find a portable ingestible equivalent traveling with you. We also bought an inflation pump which makes inflation a lot easier. Holds its inflated shape well. The wedge is almost the same angle and height as the memory foam wedge, but is slightly narrower. The soft cover is comfortable to sleep in, but we found it more comfortable to cover it with a light towel, or perhaps wrap it in a small sheet. When deflated, it is easy to pack and quick to deflate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a slightly elevated position to sleep well and the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is the slightly narrower width.
