User Friendly System for Coordination and Communication
The ability to have multiple people working at once from different locations using an online portal was very useful during our recent oil spill response effort that we were involved within as part of BP's Deepwater Horizon Response Team (DART).
It also allowed us access via webcams or cell phones if needed while away form home base which helped keep everyone connected when separated by miles/distance over water bodies such as Gulf Coast states where there are no landlines available due to hurricanes etc.. I like how easy it would be able use this software even without any training since its so user friendly! Having more than one person work simultaneously across several platforms has been extremely helpful especially given some individuals' needingset up their own systems prior being assigned tasks through DARPANET channels.
- Easy for team members, supervisors & clients alike can assign tickets easily in all environments with ease..especially considering most other ticketing programs only allow users login into specific instances not allowing themto see what is goingon elsewhere unless they're physically present..making meetings difficult sometimes too because attendees might miss something important happening down another aisle...this program makes things much clearer about whats occurring around you instead
