I really like all aspects about this product, it's very user friendly in terms of managing tasks for my team members as well as myself to track them accordingly. The fact that we can use different types of tools is also amazing because you definitely don't need any additional training before using these softwares once your proficient with MS Excel or Word/PowerPoint would be good enough knowledge base so no worries there.
