Little strong Puppy

We have a 6 year old Rottweiler and a 7 month old Mastador that play roughly. When I got the Ultrasonic Dog Repeller and they played I started on the beep mode and had no effect on their behavior so I tried the Ultrasonic button and they stopped right away. After that, the pup just sat, ears down, scared and cowering for a couple of hours. Please be careful with puppies! I don't have any other reviews as I just got them today and was a bit disappointed with the pup's reaction. Will update later on 8/9/21 after a very frustrating incident with the device, the puppy is 100% back, the vet sees no permanent damage. Customer service was very good and contacted her twice to check on her and address my concerns. I just hope no one else has this problem and I have suggested to customer service that they change the age on the packaging and marketing to over 6 months. If this happens to a large/huge race, I wouldn't want to see a tiny/small race. The product works well on Rottweilers so we only use the lowest settings until the puppy is fully grown.

Instructions for use: The Ultrasonic Training Clicker is not effective in hearing impaired dogs and we do not recommend using this product on dogs under the age of six months or over the age of eight. Training is required to achieve high efficiency and long-term use.
