I work from home 8-10 hour shifts and it hasn't given me any problems in fairly heavy use. Although I have to admit that it doesn't feel like a player in a first-person game where you have to click almost every minute. But for my use it's pretty handy. So it might not be a great gaming mouse (because I didn't test it in this situation), but it works well for the average daily work shift. I love the little guy. But there is a downside, I have to keep it away from my dog. She thinks it's one of her toys. Luckily no damage.
