I ordered this for my son. When it arrived it wouldn't turn on at all. I sent it back and got a replacement. A replacement has been detected and will not connect to the monitor. Tried multiple cables, 3 different monitors and nothing. All cables/monitors work with my current computer but not with Cuk Mantis. Worst of all he needs a computer for school and as this is the second broken computer that has been sent to me I can't get a replacement and have to wait for the second broken computer to be returned before I can get my money back. to buy a new one. Very poor customer service (as there is none. Nobody at Computer Upgrade King contacted me about a problem with a computer. I spoke to a Revain representative who had little to no knowledge of the computer). I hope other buyers have better luck, but Computer Upgrade King and Cuk Mantis don't get much love and extremely negative reviews from me. As you can clearly see from the photos, the verification shows that this computer has never been verified to see if Windows starts. Very poor quality control. Revain's customer service was fine, they went out of their way to help. My problem is with Computer Upgrade King and its bad product.
