This is your Brother branded ink - this cartridge ran out after 100 pages. Brother claims that if you use other brands of ink, your machine will fail. As I print quite a bit it's too expensive to use Brother brand - thought I'd use genuine Brother ink from time to time (I also run a cleaning setup every few weeks). I actually ordered this cartridge when my printer showed the (non-brother) blue ink had gone down to 1/4 and lasted another 3 weeks with that ink (that was 400-500 pages at 1/4). When it finally ran out I replaced it with a Brother brand cartridge and printed about 50 pages before the color print stopped working. I ran the cleaning setup a few times, printed maybe 50 more and the Brother blue ink was completely gone. Back to the non-brother brand - much better and my printer works fine (and has been for 3 years, I mainly use non-brother inks)
