This is a very nice armchair. Ours is brand new and I can't comment on the durability or the durability of the bonded leather, but it's very comfortable and feels like a quality chair. The seat is particularly nice and well padded. Elevation adjustment offers a good range of elevation, and tilt tension is also in a good range from fully locked to a slight tilt. I have the brown, which is a very dark brown, almost black, and that's my only minor complaint. I was hoping it would look more like closeups of a brown chair. I think it was a very good purchase that will have many uses. 5 stars for the chair and 5 stars for customer service from Revain. The chair sent from Revain's warehouse was missing wheels. She offered a discount enough to buy new wheels.
