Review on 🚽 DOMETIC 301097606 Portable Toilet: 5.0 Gallon, Gray - Convenient & Mobile Sanitation Solution by Michael Tran

I really wanted to like this toilet but it has many flaws. The main thing is that it came with a broken lid. I wanted to keep it so I contacted Dometic to see if they offer a replacement. However, they didn't reply or take care of the issue. I contacted them several times through their website and never received a reply. They obviously don't care about customer service. I returned it to Revain after having bad luck with Dometic. It is made of cheap, brittle and thin plastic. It looks like it will break when sitting on it. Unlike the Thetfords I've had, they have a flexible plastic that holds up well. It's also smaller and more uncomfortable than Thetfords. The seat opening measures 7 1/2 inches wide and 8 3/4 inches deep. Less than I am used to from such toilets. If you are on the border between Thetford and Dometic, choose Thetford. These are the best toilets and the company will get back to you if you have a problem.
