The blade is not sharp and will not work without a guard to shape your beard or get the look of a 5 o'clock color.
Save Money. This is a complete scam. The machine is cheap and not made of quality materials. There are much better and cheaper beard trimmers out there. When I try to use this with no protection, just the blade on my skin for shading at 5 o'clock or shaping my beard, the blade doesn't cut it just pulls my hair even though it's already very short.
