These pants feel quite heavy, like expensive sportswear. The fabric is different - it's not terry cloth and it's not fleece on the inside. They're classified as 'lightweight' on the list, but the material is actually quite thick. The fabric has a little stretch and looks like spandex to me, but the tag says it's 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It also rolls up really well if you have pet hair issues. The waistband has an elastic band and a functional drawstring. Pants also have fairly deep pockets. I ordered a size 9-10 and the pants have a 23.5" inseam. The ankles are cuffed so you can buy them a little longer than you need for durability. cut a little looser than other Unacoo pants that I own, same size but different styles.
