You sent the wrong ponchos?
They were advertised as "super thick and super strong" but they were flimsy and flew. The information also states that the sleeves were elastic, but that is not the case. They arrived as promised and we used them for the little rain we encountered. They did their job, nominally. If you're looking for extra thick, heavy-duty rain protection, this isn't the poncho you're looking for. Go forward.
