Looked very nice out of box new. Very high quality rope, everything fine except for the plastic or nylon or whatever it is crappy steps. Bought it for kids to use with their zip line. Everybody loved it till one kid who, I admit was heavy, 15 yrs old and weighing 240 lbs, but not fat, just a big kid, climbed up it and on about the fourth step, the end of the rung cracked and split apart from the end up about four inches. Would’ve said okay, heavy kid, but it claims to support 1,000 lbs. we will

The over all product looks ok. Very disappointed that there was NO information included.I can not open the carbine hook to attach to railing of balcony to use. So far it will be useless in case of fire.

This is not sturdy at all when using this with a ladder thinking it would help stability this was no help. Literally held it in place when testing the ladder with it. Yea personally I don’t like it

After I saw fire on tv, how people jumping from skyscrapers I decided to have a fire escape ladder at home. Safety is first at all. I hope I never need it

This fire escape rope ladder is perfect for our 2nd floor bedroom. The ladder is well made and has sturdy foot rails. The metal hooks work well with the ladder.

The ladder itself is exactly what I had hoped for; very sturdy and easily stored. However, the "hooks" implied that there would be actual hooks to "hook onto the window sash". The carabiners included are great, but there were no HOOKS to attach the ladder to the window sash.

This probably would work to escape an upstairs window where it rests against a wall. It is way too unstable to use to descend from a upstairs deck or tree house.

We live in a third floor apartment and I bought this for emergencies! I have a nice iron railing that I attached mine to. We attached it and lowered it down to see if it reaches the bottom. It does perfectly!

This is a sturdy ladder and would be great in a place where it had something to brace against. Unfortunately my balcony is the only point of exit from my second story and the ladder sides are so flexible, the ladder swings under the balcony making for a very difficult climb. If something anchored it at the bottom it would help. Just an issue with my architecture.

Since we moved to a new house purchasing an emergency fire escape ladder was a must. Didn’t want to risk it with any other American brand ladders and decided to go with the original isop ladders for their safety.

I used this belt for my safety climbing on my second floor metal roof to stain my logs on my cabin. I will never go back on my roof without wearing this belt.

I have heard about ISOP rope ladders and decided to buy two of them, for emergency and for my kids (they are hyperactive lol) Both are super sturdy and very important- lightweight, easy to store

I searched good quality ladder in Walmart, not for one time use and this rope ladder seems like very good quality, carabins and rope ladder itself.

Strong, and well made. But the yellow step that cover the rope, rolls under foot causing an unsteady footing. Very scary.
