NO instructions, no information included with package;unable to open carbine to apply to railing
The over all product looks ok. Very disappointed that there was NO information included.I can not open the carbine hook to attach to railing of balcony to use. So far it will be useless in case of fire.
- Can be used on multi-story buildings, providing an escape route from upper floors with ease
- May not be suitable for use in buildings with poor lighting or visibility
