NEEDS Hooks to attach to window sash
The ladder itself is exactly what I had hoped for; very sturdy and easily stored. However, the "hooks" implied that there would be actual hooks to "hook onto the window sash". The carabiners included are great, but there were no HOOKS to attach the ladder to the window sash.

- Cannot be used for horizontal escape routes
