Looked very nice out of box new. Very high quality rope, everything fine except for the plastic or nylon or whatever it is crappy steps. Bought it for kids to use with their zip line. Everybody loved it till one kid who, I admit was heavy, 15 yrs old and weighing 240 lbs, but not fat, just a big kid, climbed up it and on about the fourth step, the end of the rung cracked and split apart from the end up about four inches. Would’ve said okay, heavy kid, but it claims to support 1,000 lbs. we will make new rungs with pvc pipe. But wouldn’t buy again.
