Good file; poor case condition
I just got this file, so I can't really give more than an initial impression, which is that it seems pretty good. The results so far are smooth and easily controlled. Unfortunately, although the outer packaging and gift box were undamaged, the case into which the file goes is damaged. Since nothing else was damaged, I take it that this is the result of poor quality control.
- I love the concept and texture, it was just a little lower performance than I expected
- May not fit easily in a standard nail file container
