This is not an unlocked phone.
It took 5 days to get here. We took our phone in our carrier's version, they said that although it's an unlock phone, it's on the AT&T network, so the call works but the network doesn't, so it's useless to us. Oh! It's so deceptive as Amazon said it was an unlocked phone and we believed it.
- US warranty included. An unlocked AT&T phone will work with most US GSM SIM cards including AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. It will NOT work with CDMA operators such as Verizon, Sprint, Boost. The model may not allow OTA software updates without an AT&T SIM card.
