This is not an unlocked phone.

It took 5 days to get here. We took our phone in our carrier's version, they said that although it's an unlock phone, it's on the AT&T network, so the call works but the network doesn't, so it's useless to us. Oh! It's so deceptive as Amazon said it was an unlocked phone and we believed it.

Pros

US warranty included. An unlocked AT&T phone will work with most US GSM SIM cards including AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. It will NOT work with CDMA operators such as Verizon, Sprint, Boost. The model may not allow OTA software updates without an AT&T SIM card.
