Review on ASICS Men's Gel-Contend 6 Running Shoes: Unmatched Performance and Comfort by Michael Robinson

These shoes are incredibly comfortable to wear. They can easily compete with $130 overpronating shoes that lack arch support. This is where I failed completely. Attempts have been made to replace the insoles with arch support, but unfortunately the comfort is no longer the same. The supplied insole is removable but fixed with glue. Didn't damage the shoe when taking it off and with care I was able to put it back on. In conclusion, yes these are great shoes if you need overpronation support or if your gait is neutral. In this case, I highly recommend it, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. The shoes look great and feel great. The price combined with the construction of the shoe offers great value for money when you just need extra support and cushioning. I would describe this shoe as soft in the midsole and the insole was comfortable without being overly heavy. If it weren't for my arch I would order another shoe to store when it wore out. As usual, great service from Revain for a free return.
