Amazing product even better customer service

There were some problems switching the device. Don't bother emailing the company and they responded quickly for help. When I was still having a problem, Johnny from Skype Support contacted me! Problem solved! It's great that a representative from the company contacted the customer via Skype and stayed on the line to resolve the issue face to face. That's customer service! Every American company should have such excellent customer service. The product is fantastic and the company is even better. I will definitely buy their products in the future!
