Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.
With its pros: Fast, compact, relatively cold. Read >230MB/s, write >30MB/s for a 32GB flash drive. Cons: The fragility of the structure, the need for lapping (in several cases, I had to twitch the flash drive in the connector 3-4 times until it "grasped", now it's better).
